Following on from last week’s blog, which cautioned against using children as “weapons” in divorce proceedings, there are, sadly, situations where one parent – usually the father – is unable to see their children as much as they would like. This may be because the other parent is being obstructive or because a court has restricted access. But a new survey says driving after a heated argument with a partner has been responsible for nearly 2.5 million accidents.
