hurray. At long last someone has spoken out about this menace in our society. My husband was the victim of a gold digger and is now paying 15% of his earrings to a woman he had sex with once. Needless to say I continue to warn our 19 year old son of the dangers he may face from such a woman. We have manged to keep r family together others are not so lucky . The head of thenCSA saidmhernorganisation was set up to ensure that when parents split up children should be protected but why does the legislation cover those who have never been together in the first place. At the moment a woman wins all ways round, she can decide whether to get pregnant in the first place, whether tokee the child and the whether to pursue the father for maintainable. If she does go for maintanance she does not lose any of her benefits (which defeats the original concept for theCSA). A win win situation!!

I am a former lawyer myself and amconsideringnwhether I could bring a claim under theHuman rights Act for the interference with my family life caused by a woman who decided my husband,s wallet was a good bet!

It is advisable to use a solicitor in any complex divorce case, but never more so than when jurisdiction is the issue as it can be a legal minefield and experienced and expertise really count in such circumstances.

It's refreshing to see an article that focuses on the positive, rather than negative, effects of a divorce.

Escaping an unhappy relationship is in itself a reason to celebrate a divorce, but regaining independence and the fact that a person can now do exactly what they want without compromising is its greatest reward.

UK court's now find themselves in a problematic position when passing judgement on divorce settlements.

On the one had, it is important that a spouse gets a fair settlement. On the other hand, Hildebrand Rules apparently contravene the Human Rights Act.

I have to say that I, personally, think the Hildebrand Rules made a great deal of sense and that the judgement alluded to above was a very, very bad decision. What do you think?

Interesting post, it's great news that there is call for reform for grandparent's rights. They are important to family life and deserve to be recognised.

If you are looking for a lawyer / solicitor in the UK and are struggling to find one with the right specialism to help you with your problem then you could try United Kingdom Lawyers as they have a database of lawyers listed not only by location but also by specialism so you should be able to find the lawyer you need
